Returns and Refunds

At AndreoliTrend, every product is made to order. For this reason, our return policy follows European regulations applicable to goods produced to consumer specifications.

Defective or Damaged Products

If the product received has printing defects, shipping damage, or does not match the order placed, you are entitled to:

Free replacement of the product, or
Full refund of the price paid

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of receipt via the contact page, attaching:

Order number
Clear photo of the defect or damage

We will evaluate the request and respond within 2 business days.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalized.

All AndreoliTrend products are made to specific order at the time of purchase (Print-on-Demand). Therefore, the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for EU consumers is not applicable to our products.

Incorrect Sizes

We recommend carefully consulting the size guide on each product page before placing an order. We do not accept returns for incorrect sizes chosen by the customer, unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.
